Welcome to SONTAL’s Monthly Loyal Customer Draw! By participating, you get a chance to win exciting rewards. Please read these Rules of Participation carefully to understand how you can be a part of this amazing opportunity. This competition is conducted in compliance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa and the The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
The prize details will be clearly communicated to all participants upon registration.
The prize for each specific month will be announced via WhatsApp on the 25th of the preceding month to all valid participants.
The prizes for each month will be different but will vary between R 150.00 and R 2 500.00. Total prize value per month won’t be less than R 2 500.
The Total Prize value for month 13, November 2024 will be between R 12 000 and R 29 000.00. (See “Eligibility” in the next section)
1. Participants must make a monthly purchase of at least one or more SONTAL products to a total value of at least R 300.00 for at least three consecutive months to be eligible for the draw at the end of their third purchase month. The value excludes shipping fees and is calculated after discount codes are applied.
2. Participants will continue to be eligible for each subsequent rolling three-month period if they comply with Rule 1 for each month following the initial 3 months.
Tip: Don’t skip a month. Then, you will have to start again.
3. Participants must be 18 years and older.
4. The director, member, partner, employee, agent, consultant, supplier of the business or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is in control of the business cannot participate or be a prizewinner.
For participants to be eligibility for the 13th month prize draw:

All communication regarding this monthly promotional draw will be via WhatsApp.
STEP 2. **Participants must register each purchase on the SONTAL Membership Web App. Detailed step-by-step guidance on how to register your purchase will be provided on request and are also available here:

**Total monthly purchase must be for R 300.00 or more (Excluding shipping cost) after discounts = 30 Entries + 10 Entries for every additional R 100 spent.

1. The first draw will take place on 1 November 2023.

– An independent expert will be appointed to oversee and audit this promotion in compliance with section 37, regulation 11(5) of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
– Any violation of these rules may lead to disqualification.

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in SONTAL’s Monthly Loyal Customer Draw. By participating, you agree to these terms and comply with all eligibility requirements. This competition is conducted in compliance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

An independent expert will be appointed to oversee and audit this competition, in compliance with regulation 11(5) of the Consumer Protection Regulations. A report from the independent expert will be kept for a minimum of 3 years post-competition.
Participants can be disqualified for failure to meet eligibility criteria, or for any unethical or disruptive behavior.
Participants agree that their data may be used for promotional purposes, in compliance with data protection laws.

SONTAL will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation.
Participants agree to indemnify SONTAL against any claims arising from violation of these terms.
