Why a 6-Monthly Draw?

The program cycle starts in October 2016 and is referenced to as M1 for MONTH 1. Month 6 will be M6, March 2017.[vcex_spacing size=”2px”]

The 6-Monthly Draw (M6) on March 31, 2017 is for those loyal users who made purchases for 5 out of the 6 months, month 6, March 2017 must be included as a transaction month in order to be eligible for the M6 draw. Users who made less than 5 purchases won’t be eligible for the draw in month M6.

The TOKENS from all 6 months will be included in the 6M Draw on March 31, 2017. If you acquire the minimum of 3 TOKENS per month during at least 4 of the preceding months then it will be added to the TOKENS you acquire during the M6 Month March 2017.

WHY A 6 MONTHLY DRAW? We want to reward our regular users with the opportunity to win high-value prizes, every month they buy for more than R 300 they receive a minimum of 3 Tokens in the draw PLUS 1 Token for every additional R 100 spent in the same month or period.

Why a 12-Monthly Draw?

M12 – 12-MONTHLY DRAW

The program cycle starts in October 2016 and is referenced to as M1 for MONTH 1. Month 12 will be M12, 30 September 2017.

The 12-Monthly Draw (M12) on September 30, 2017 is for those loyal users who made purchases for 10 out of the 12 months, month 12, September 2017 must be included as a transaction month in order to be eligible for the M12 draw. Users who made less than 10 purchases won’t be eligible for the draw in month M12.

The TOKENS from all 12 months will be included in the 12M Draw on September 30, 2017. If you acquire the minimum of 3 TOKENS per month during at least 11 of the preceding months then it will be added to the TOKENS you acquire during the M12 month September 2017.

How does it work?

1. The Loyalty Draw has a 12-month cycle.
2. The cycle starts October 2017 and is known as M1 for month 1.
3. There will be monthly draws for M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 and then for M7, M8, M9, M10 and M11.
4. There will be a 6-Monthly Draw known as M6 – Only people who qualified for month 6 (M6) and for at least 4 of the preceding 5 months will be eligible for this draw..
5. There will be a 12-Monthly Draw known as M12 – Only people who qualified for the months 6 and 12 and for at least 8 of the other preceding 10 months will be eligible for this draw. This draw will be M12 and will take place on the 30th of September 2017.

What are the rules?

1. * You MUST register on the SONTAL website. At the very top right of the website www.sontal.co.za you will see the link “Login”. You click this link and follow the registration instructions. Most of you have already registered but make sure by logging in. Your account can now be monitored by our analytical software and all purchase values converted to TOKENS for the draws.
2. ** You MUST make at least 1 purchase for the month of the draw, the purchase must have a minimum value of R 300. This will earn you 3 Tokens for the draw.
3. *** Now you qualify and are eligible for the draw in the month you made the qualifying purchase.
4. Every additional purchase for that month will earn you 1 Token for every additional R 100 you spent. These Tokens will only be valid for the month of purchase and will again be added to the M6 and M12 draws if you qualify.
5. The draw takes place on the last day of every month at 12:50 in the evening.
6. Any purchase after 12:50 will be forfeited.
7. All the registrations and purchases are managed by Metrilo e-commerce analytics and audited by chartered accountants.
8. The draw will be done by impartial electronic selection and audited by chartered accountants.
9. The result will be final.
10. The winner will be informed personally prior to the announcement through social media.
