The shipping policy provides information about what you can expect when placing an order with SONTAL Collagen Lifestyle Nutrition.
Orders will only be shipped on receipt of confirmed payment.
Paid orders are dispatched on the Same Day if Paid before 12:00
- Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 pm on business days will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed and paid for after 12:00 pm on business days will only be dispatched the next business day.
Our Standard Delivery times are within 3 working days for main city centres and within 5 working days for addresses classified as regional, outlying rural areas might take longer especially when a weekend coincides with the longer 5 working day delivery.
Standard Delivery – All orders above R1 000 are free. A small fee of R45 applies if your cart total is below R1 000, which is applicable to all areas within South Africa.
All deliveries to outlying areas incur an additional fee of R25 regardless of your order size.
How long does it take for delivery?
Our Standard Delivery times are within 3 working days for main city centres and within 5 working days for outlying areas.
Our contracted courier service, Dawn Wing will deliver your order during office hours on business days, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Sontal and Dawn Wing endeavour to deliver as efficiently as possible, within the time as promised. However, there are factors beyond our control so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We will help and support you whenever your shipment is delayed and do our best to supply the service levels you expect from an online store.
Expected Delivery Times:
Main Centres (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley) within 3 working days and Regional areas within 5 working days.

Sontal cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problems which may arise due to the following circumstances; this includes, but is not limited to, strikes, accidents, high-jacking, acts of God, state-of-emergency and random criminal acts.
Can my order be delivered to my work or an office address?
Absolutely, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. You must enter the address along with your full name upon checkout.
Make sure there is an authorized person who can receive and sign for the parcel. Someone who will be responsible for the safe keep of the parcel until you claim it.
My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
Our delivery policy states delivery within 3 – 5 working days, and we will do everything in our power to deliver on time. If you have not received it then contact our efficient Customer Service Support and they will help you to locate your order.
You are able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID sent to you by SMS. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service Support. Remember, you will receive an email from us to tell you that your order is on its way, and receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm. You will receive an SMS message with details of your order. If you think you will not be available during that time then you can follow the link and request a different delivery time. Or please give our helpful Customer Service Support a call, and they will get in contact with our courier partners to try and help you out.
Helpful hint: as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that your package is on its way to your door.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we will leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier.

We deliver between 08h00 and 17h00 on working weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
While we will attempt to accommodate delivery time requests, delivery times cannot be scheduled and may vary depending on the driver’s route on the day.
